I love working with craftspeople. I love hearing their stories—why they’re passionate about their thing, why they love doing what they do. Watching a blacksmith create something beautiful out of a rusty piece of metal, an artist transform a canvas, or a baker laminate the perfect buttery croissant has always inspired me to be just as immersed in my own craft. I was raised to explore and ask questions. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work.
